Maiden Voyages
Wow- so many new places, and new faces to report about-
We had the Godin Family inaugural trip to the Oakland zoo. Thankfully we are now proud card carrying zoo members and my moms assure me i will have plenty of opportunities to see and practice staying awake during future visits.
We have been participating in Family Story Time at the Rockridge Library. I love watching all of the bigger kids and listening to the library lady read stories. We even get to sing and dance all the while using our library voices. At the end of our visit the library lady even lets us borrow some of her books to take home with us.
Go Bears! My first lady Cal basketball game- and it was a good one- we beat Utah 71-54. What a funny game though- with its loud buzzers, even louder band, cheerleaders, fans and a bunch of ladies running around throwing a big orange ball. Phewy- it was a lot to keep track of but i still managed to squeeze in some shut eye in between it all.
And finally the Little Farm in Tilden Park!This isn't ye olde petting zoo this is full fledged four alarm feed em till you drop farm. We are talkin cows, geese, hogs, chickens, goats and sheep galore. Starting a fund and now taking all donations for the very strict farm menu of celery and lettuce.
It's been a fantastic past few weeks... we even went on a Viva Las Vegas road trip..stay tuned for that humdinger.
