Keep calm and drink margaritas

Our mantra for our first successful restaurant outing as a family.  Carter loved his blended drink, Everly couldn't get enough to eat, and mom and ema were happy that no one cared how loud we all were.

Everything Everly...

Almost 8 months and I think I'm doing pretty great!
I am hard working as I prefer to sit and play with my toys. 
I am decisive because I can grab the toys I like best. 
I am healthy because I am eating a variety of foods and especially loving my Ema's French Toast!  I am hydrated because I love drinking water... out of a big girl glass (see video). 
I am communicative because I am always using my talking/screaming voice and currently practicing my "ma, ma, ma's". 
Shhhh- don't tell him but my favorite thing is my big brother.  He makes me laugh harder then anyone else. Now if he would just sit still for one minute so that I could hold on to him.

hello twenty-fifteen

This year is already shaping up to be the best yet....

We rang in the New Year with a visit to Bubbie and Grandpa David's house. Gobble Gobble

Introducing an exciting addition to the blog : Everything Everly. Since her arrival in July Evy has been seamlessly making a place for herself in the family.  Exercising her voice is one of her favorite ways to remind everyone that she is HERE. 

Good news for me is that i now have a captive audience- Evy loves watching me run laps around the kitchen island, and always seems to be smiling when I'm around. In return i have taken this big brother job very seriously- showing her good posture and proper eating manners for her current curiosity in sitting and eating.

With it being Thanksgiving, I'm thankful for my family and my friends and hope you all have a very happy day!
