DC

I spent a wonderful long weekend in DC spending time with some very special people.
Not only did I get to meet my Great Grandparents and spend some QT with all the exceptional someones who live in DC - I was so lucky that my cousin Meyer drove down from NY  and that my Bubbie, Grandpa David and Aunt Lucy drove up from Florida.

Some precious moments spent with Baba and Zeida, a delicious Shabbat Dinner prepared by Uncle Gabe and Aunt Anna, a terrific Shabbat day at my Elter Bubbies and a sweet lunch at Zeidey and GG's.

I miss everyone already!

Just another day at The Office

Last week we visited Scranton, PA! Ema had a very important project to take care of so mom and i decided to tag along for support. Scranton became known as the Electric City when electric lights were introduced at Dickson Locomotive Works in 1880. But probably better known for being home to a regional branch of Dunder Mifflin, the fictional paper company featured in the television series The Office.
During the days we explored and sweated through different parts of the city- local big box chain stores (who knows - the stock may be slightly different), a couple of interesting parks and the amazing steamtrain museum. In the evenings we had dinner with the locals (Ema's colleagues) and were able to wind down by spending some quality time together.
